  • Kidpreneur Coaching (business skills for children).
  • Digital Resources (e-books, templates, courses).

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

3. Enrollment & Eligibility

  • Parents/Guardians must enroll children under 16.
  • Users must provide accurate information (false details may result in termination).
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for misconduct or safety concerns.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Pricing: Listed on our website (subject to change with 30 days’ notice).
  • Payment Methods: Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.
  • Refunds:
    • Tutoring: 50% refund if canceled ≥24h before session; no refunds for no-shows.
    • Courses: 14-day money-back guarantee (unused portions only).
  • Late Payments: 5% fee after 7 days; services paused until resolved.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Tutoring: Cancel/reschedule via account portal ≥12h in advance.
  • Subscription Plans: Cancel anytime; no prorated refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Materials: Courses, videos, and templates are copyrighted. No redistribution without permission.
  • User Content: By submitting work (e.g., videos, assignments), you grant us non-exclusive rights to use it for educational purposes.

7. Code of Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Share login credentials.
  • Use services for illegal activities.
  • Harass instructors or other students.
    Violations may result in immediate termination.

8. Privacy Policy

Data collection/use is governed by our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein).

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for:
    • Technical issues (e.g., Zoom outages).
    • Indirect damages (e.g., lost business opportunities).
    • Child’s individual progress results.
  • Maximum liability: Fees paid in the last 6 months.

10. Disclaimers

  • No Guarantees: We do not promise fluency or business success.
  • Third-Party Tools: We are not responsible for platforms like Zoom/Stripe.

11. Termination

We may suspend/terminate accounts for:

  • Non-payment.
  • Violations of these Terms.
  • Safety/legal concerns.
